Congratulations!
Your sick leave record shows that you used 3 or less days of
sick/personal leave during the 2001-2002 school year.
Per your contract, you are entitled to receive “incentive money” for
professional improvement or the purchase of classroom instructional materials.
Materials purchased with sick leave incentive funds will be the property
of the district.
The
money you receive is based on your 2001-2002 FTE. Sick leave buy-back and donated sick leave were not
counted as sick leave used. $200
is the amount awarded for a full time employee (1 FTE).
Your allocation is noted above which includes carryover from last year
(if any). The funds are available
September 1, 2002 through August 31, 2003 (items must be received & paid
for by August 31).
The
“incentive money” is a school managed
account (your building principal, or his/her designee, approves and
processes all paperwork for all classes, workshops and expenses).
To seek approval and access the
dollars, please see your building principal and/or office manager.
Direct
orders or purchase orders MUST be used for these purchases.
These are NOT emergency purchases and will not be reimbursed to the
employee. Purchases MUST have prior
approval by the principal.
If
you move to another building email a note to millerr@peninsula.wednet.edu
so your “incentive” funds follow you to your new building within the
