Testing Schedule

  • All second grade students take the ITBS in the spring. This test is used as a screening test to see if students should take part in further testing. This test is also used as the academic measure for qualifying students into the program.
  • CogAT testing for selected third graders and all new students in grades 4 through 8 is offered in October.
  • CogAT testing for new students and students who are eligible to retest is offered in March. We will be testing students the week of March 24th. Contact your local school in March to register for the testing.
  • CogAT testing is also offered in August at the District Office for students new to Peninsula School District. Call the assessment office to register your child for the testing.
