Foreign Exchange Student Program
Several foreign exchange students sponsored by
different exchange agencies are hosted in the Peninsula School
District each year. These students attend either Gig Harbor
or Peninsula High School.
Placement of foreign exchange students in Peninsula School District
are handled through state approved agencies at the district office.
Each spring, agencies that are interested in placing students in
the district go through an application process. Agency application
packets are due to the district by April 1.

Upon approval of the student packet, exchange students
and their host families can work with their resident high school to
complete the enrollment process.
