Washington Children's Choice Picture Book Award 2011 Students in grades 1-3 will be read the Washington Children's Choice Picture Book Award Nominees for this year. The books will be rotated through the 1st, 2nd and 3rd grades and from January 24th - March 25th, 2011. The students will then vote during their OLARC class the week of March 28-31. Votes will be turned in on March 31th. The winner will be announced sometime after April 15th. Here are the titles for 2011... They have to have read or been read to at least 2 of the books from the list below. Voting will take place during OLARC classes the week of April 11-14. Winners will announced late April.
