As part of your portfolio, you are required to read a pre-approved novel. To demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of the book, you are to design a visual aid that symbolizes what you’ve read. It can be a poster, a scrap book, a brochure, a collage, an A,B,C, guide to your book, a cartoon rendition, a “mock” book. Whatever your creative mind thinks up. Your visual needs to include the following information, but is not limited to it.

Plot Summary which must include:
ü Analysis and brief summaries of main characters
ü Protagonist
ü Antagonist
ü Conflicts - include a direct quote
ü Climax – include a direct quote
ü Setting – include a direct quote
ü Theme(s)
These elements may be divided up into different paragraphs and placed on the visual, or given to me separately. I’ll show you examples as a guide. If you have questions, please ask me!
