  •     Not all  work assigned will end up being done at home (nor is this the total amount of work assigned). 

  •    Students may be able to get some work done at school during work periods.

  •   Work can be placed in the “turn in” folders ahead of the due date. 

  •    Work is to be turned in by 9:00 on the day it is due.

  • 10 first class postage stamps
  • 2 postcards (not stamped or addressed)
  • "College rule" lined loose leaf notebook paper
  • 4 wire spiral notebooks—70 sheets (please no perforated pages)
  • loose paper folders (bottom pockets)
  • #2 pencils
  • colored pencils (24 count would be good)
  • markers and/or crayons (small count box)
  • highlighter
  • glue stick
  • ruler (inches and centimeters shown)
  • scissors (adult size)
  • one large pink eraser or eraser tops for pencils
  • calculator with ONLY basic functions
  • one box of kleenex
  • Post-It notes: 1 pkg. 3" square

EMERGENCY PACK ** SUGGESTIONS:

2 small cans of Apple Juice

Small box of cereal

Pudding cup and spoon

Granola bar/cheese and breadsticks/package of fruit snacks/candy bar

moist "towelettes" or hand sanitizer

large garbage bag

emergency contact/med info. forms

All items should be placed in a one gallon ZipLock bag with your student’s name and stored with his/her teacher.

**Boy Scout Troop 217 is planning on putting out a flyer during the first week of school next year, offering to sell Emergency Kits for $5.00.
