*      “Talk nice” and be nice.

*      Use non-distracting snacks/drinks (you spill, you clean).

*      Use restroom passes during individual work-time (record fully).

*      Use nothing on ears (iPods and so on).

Projects: Late—Miss on-time points. More than one week late—Deduct 50% of your score.

Absences: Find out about and make up absent work within a week.
