Text Box: 1. Schools use word to communicate and record data. 2.  A Secretary uses word to write     documents . 3. Most businesses use word to write and save documents.

Text Box: Word allows the user to format font, paragraphs, tables, pages, borders and pictures. You can create charts, pictures, shapes, text boxes and borders. You can cut, copy, paste, delete and move text.
